Coming from the south:

Take the NS 102 to the NS 101 to Trunk 1 West – exit 3 (Mt. Uniacke exit)

Turn right off the highway, then turn left at the Irving Gas station

Drive for approx. 15 minutes.

The facility will be on your left.

Coming from the north:

Take NS 101 to Trunk 1 East – exit 4 (Ellershouse, Brooklyn, Mt. Uniacke exit)

Turn left and follow the road for approx. 8 minutes

The facility will be on your right


We will meet at the barn.

Please observe a speed limit of 10km/hr as there are dogs and children on site

This facility is posted on as  Old Orchard Farm, Milton, ON.  It is off by approx. 200 meters.

Do not rely on GPS, Googlemaps is accurate.  Be sure to have the directions from your starting point to the facility.

The facility has a white and blue sign.


Coming from Hwy 401, Milton exit – From Milton (Hwy 25 & 401) travel west on Hwy 401 and exit at the Guelph Line. Travel north on the Guelph Line past the Mohawk Raceway. Continue north, driving past Brookville, until Sideroad 20. Turn left on Sideroad 20 and travel west until First Line Nassagaweya. Turn right on First Line. Travel on the First Line approximately a 1/2 mile. OOF will be on the left. Look for the Old Orchard sign / logo at Fire #12386.

  • Coming from Hwy 6 North exit – From the 401 take the Hwy 6 North exit towards Guelph. At Wellington Rd 34 turn right / east. Continue East past Victoria Rd and past Watson Rd. When the road starts winding watch for the First Line Nassagaweya. Turn left on the First Line, driving north about a 1/2 mile. OOF will be on the left. Look for the Old Orchard sign / logo at Fire #12386.
  • Coming from Hwy #7 Rockwood – Starting at Rockwood, travel west on Hwy 7 towards the city of Guelph. At Wellington Rd 29 at the lights turn left (south). Travel south on Wellington Road 29 (becomes First Line Nassagaweya) past Arkell Rd (stop sign) and past the 25th Sideroad (stop sign). Continue approximately a 1/2 mile. OOF will be on the right. Look for the Old Orchard sign / logo at Fire #12386.

Come into Kamloops on highway 1 (trans Canada)

Take Hwy #5 North (toward Jasper)

Turn right at the Husky station (3rd light) – Paul Lake Road

Drive for approx. 24 kms

You will drive through Pinanton Lake

Go 1km further, and turn left at the sign for Jandana Ranch

Drive all the way up the hill and take the driveway to the right (there is a sign).  The facility is at the top of the drive

We will be meeting at the barn

Please drive slowly on properties, as there are horses, people and usually dogs or cats at facilities. (thank you!)

A change in diet can cause colic, so do please bring sufficient hay so it can always be mixed with Jandana’s hay.

Prerequisite:  Introduction to massage, Advanced equine massage, Vertebral Realignment

Final test:  May 11  Utilizing all components of each course offered, students are required to assess and work upon a horse based on the horse’s needs.

All courses must be completed in order to receive the certificate. 

No certificate will be issued for individual courses. 

All courses must be completed within a 12 month period for certification.

Deposits for all courses may be combined in one payment of:  $1250 with the remaining balance paid 2 weeks prior to the course start date (if paid via on line banking, Money order or cheque.  PayPal usage incurs fees – please see ‘course costs page’)

  1. Start out going SOUTHEAST on ARPORT RD. NW. toward KINSWAY AVE. NW.
  2. Turn LEFT onto KINGSWAY AVE. NW.
  3. Turn RIGHT onto 109 ST NW.
  5. HIGH LEVEL BRIDGE NW. becomes 109 ST NW.
  6. Turn RIGHT onto 82 AVE NW/WHYTE. AVE.
  7. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto 114 ST NW.
  8. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto 71 AVE NW.
  9. 71 AVE NW becomes BELGRAVIA RD. NW.
  12. Turn RIGHT onto KEILOR RD. NW. (go down gravel drive)

  1. From Yellowhead (Highway 16) going East
  2. Head to 149 Street turn off

  5. Over Quesnell Bridge take the EAST FOX DRIVE exit toward FORT EDMONTON PARK
  6. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto FOX DRIVE NW
  7. Turn LEFT onto KEILOR RD NW (go down gravel drive)
  8. End at Whitemud Equine Centre


Option 3

  1. Start out going EAST on AIRPORT RD toward RENDEZ-VOUS MEETING PT.
  2. Go STRAIGHT toward HWY-2 / EDMONTON.
  3. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto 10 AVE / AIRPORT RD. Continue to follow 10 AVE.
  4. Take the HWY-2 N ramp toward EDMONTON.
  5. Merge onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 2 N.
  6. Turn LEFT onto WHITEMUD DR NW.
  7. Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the WEST WHITEMUD DRIVE ramp.
  9. Take the FOX DRIVE exit.
  10. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto FOX DR NW.
