Park in the parking lot in front of the barn and walk across to the white house, up the ramp and directly inside.

Directions:Coming from Hwy 401, Milton exit – From Milton (Hwy 25 & 401) travel west on Hwy 401 and exit at the Guelph Line. Travel north on the Guelph Line past the Mohawk Raceway. From the 401:
Take the Manning Road exit
Turn left off the ramp (heading south)
Go all the way to the #3 Hwy – it is a major highway and is approx 15km from the 401.
(You will pass ‘Cosy Corners’ and the funeral home, go through the stop light,
go over a set of railway tracks, then come to a lighted intersection -#3 Hwy)
At Hwy.#3, turn left and continue on the road until you reach the town of Essex.
There is a Tim Hortons at the first lighted intersection.
At the 2nd stop light (called both Victoria St – in Essex and Malden Rd – in the county)
turn right
The facility is located on this road approx 10 km away. You will come to a small
town where the speed limit decreases to 60km and there is a sign showing
‘Wildwood Golf Course’. The split in the highway (leading to the golf course)
is approx 1-1/2 km from the facility. Stay on the main road and do not turn towards Wildwood.
WETRA is located on the left side of the road and is highly visible from the road.
Conversely, you can take the 401 to the Walker Rd exit and turn left (south) and then follow the directions below.
From Windsor:
Take Walker Rd south of Hwy #3.
You will go through the town of McGregor.
There is a sign on the left side of the road ‘thank you for coming to McGregor’.
South Malden Rd is the very next road. Turn left here onto South Malden Rd
The facility is approx. 4 away and is located on the right side of the road.
(From the #3 Hwy to the turn onto South Malden is approx. 15km).

Turn right on Timberlands.
Turn left on Cameron Rd.

Go all the way to the end and you are at Takala Trails Ranch.
Please park at the front – not blocking the driveway and we will meet in the barn.

There is camping available on site, but no hook-ups so units will have to use generators for power etc.
There is a bath house available with flush toilet and solar heated water for a shower.

Please try to do a drive by the day before as this is a very busy part of the city and there has been quite a bit of on going construction for the last 2 years. Use my cell phone to text me if you get turned around!
As soon as you turn onto Keilor Rd, turn immediately right onto the first driveway (Equine Access), then follow the driveway – for approx.300 feet and turn left into the very first parking lot.
The building is brownish color with a flat roof. The staircase is on the right side, walk across the patio and come right into the building.
Bathrooms are on ground level – ladies in the middle, gentlemen on the left side of the building

This is a closed herd facility.
From the Trans Canada (#1), take Hwy 2 south, then Hwy 22X (Spruce Meadow Trail) west to Priddis.
From #2 North, take Spruce Meadows Trail (Stoney Trail – also called the 201 goes to the east and
Spruce Meadows Tails goes to the west. It will eventually turn into the 22X)
This is a two lane highway. Just before the turn to 192nd Street, there is a flashing yellow light with a sign
indicating that the divided highway will end in 2 kms. The light is within about 100 feet of 192.
Turn North (right) on 192nd Street..
Go 2.4 kms on 192nd and when you get to the top of the hill, Westridge Farms driveway is on the west side(left).
There is a small wooden sign “Westridge Farms”
Follow the drive and take the first left (small sign indicating “Stables”)
Follow the sign up to the stables. Parking is along the treeline next to the long lane way – please do not park in the parking
lot as this is a busy stable.
There are dogs, cats, horses and humans on site, please follow the courtesy of a 20km/hr speed.
